Developed the Manage Contact portal feature enabling users to search, filter, and manage contacts at scale with three search methods and bulk operations, improving contact list administration efficiency and user experience.
Developed SMS Configuration feature enabling portal administrators to manage Zoho's SMSBridge gateway with phone number provisioning, plan-tiered access control, multi-organization bundle context for Zoho One/CRM Plus, and API-driven configuration status validation.
Developed SMS Trigger notification system enabling survey administrators to send personalized automated text messages to respondents across 3 SMS gateway providers(Twilio, Clickatell, SMS Magic) , with connection management, message templating, role-based access control, and audit logging.
Built SMS distribution feature enabling administrators to create and send personalized SMS invitations through multiple gateways (Twilio, Clickatell, SMS Magic, SMSBridge) with templating, recipient management, scheduling, trigger-based delivery, real-time tracking, and plan-based access control.
Built Trashed Response management system enabling administrators to soft-delete survey responses in bulk with filter criteria, undo functionality, automatic visited count reset, quota-based auto-trashing, response count synchronization, audit logging, and multi-layer authorization controls.

Built a privacy-first local AI assistant avoiding cloud dependency for sensitive data use cases.

Solution: Chrome extension (Manifest V3) with local LLM inference via Ollama, background service workers for persistent history
